2017 FENCA Congress

: an event as attractive as ever for international debt collection professionals.

The FENCA Congress held from September 27 to 29 was a huge success: more than 200 debt collection professionals from all over the world met in Sofia to exchange best practices.

Christophe NOBILET, President of FRANCE CREANCES shares his feedback: “It was, as usual, a fantastic event . The organization was perfect and the workshops/presentations were of a very high quality. All the professionals present were able to keep abreast of the latest developments in our profession and discussed the next challenges that await us. We also met many of our usual partners from Eastern and Western Europe, Asia, North and South America, Africa and the Middle East. Our foreign partners contribute directly to our international collection operations; they also call on us to collect their debts in France.

The next FENCA Annual Congress scheduled for the end of October 2018 will be a very special event as it will mark 25 years of the European Federation and will take place in France, in Strasbourg. TheANCR, the French Union of Debt Collection and Commercial Information, which was a founding member of FENCA in 1993, will also help organize this major event.
