Terms and conditions of use

Article 1: Purpose – Acceptance

The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter the “GTU”) is to determine the conditions of use of the site and the services made available to the User.

By accessing this site, the information it contains and the services offered, the User acknowledges having read these Terms of Use and agrees to comply with them.
In particular, any use of the services that is materialized by the creation of an account implies full and complete acceptance of these TOS.

Modification of the GCU – GESTION CREDIT EXPERT reserves the right to modify the present GCU at any time. The User therefore undertakes to consult them regularly.

Article 2: Services provided

Article 4: Intellectual property and counterfeiting

The name FRANCE CREANCES is a registered trademark at the INPI. The use of this denomination imposes the express authorization of the depositors and rightful owners of FRANCE CREANCES.

The name INFORCREDIT is a registered trademark with the INPI. The use of this name requires the express authorization of the depositors and beneficiaries of INFORCREDIT.

Article 5: Protection of goods and persons – Management of personal data

In France, personal data are protected by the law n° 78-87 of January 6, 1978, the law n° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, the article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

By registering on the site, the User agrees to the use of his/her personal data in accordance with the present.

5.1. Person responsible for the processing: GESTION CREDIT EXPERT is responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data, collected during registration. Their processing has been declared to the CNIL. (number 839635). Géraldine BREHON is now the DPO (Data Protection Officer) of GESTION CREDIT EXPERT.

5.2. Purposes of processing personal data: On the site www.gestioncreditexpert.com, the owner of the site collects personal information relating to the user only for the need of certain services proposed by the site www.gestioncreditexpert.com.

5.3. User rights : The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, particularly when he/she enters it. 5.4. Data disclosure: No personal information of the user of the site www.gestioncreditexpert.com is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, ceded or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the hypothesis of the repurchase of the site www.gestioncreditexpert.com to the owner of the site and its rights would allow the transmission of the aforementioned information to the possible purchaser who would be in its turn held of the same obligation of conservation and modification of the data with respect to the user of the site www.gestioncreditexpert.com.
